These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before you order —
placing an order means you accept them.

You must be 18 or older

We sell alcohol. The legal age to buy and drink alcohol in Singapore is 18. By ordering you
confirm you are 18 or older, and we may ask for identification on delivery or collection. We will
not hand an order to anyone who cannot show they are 18 or older, and we may cancel and refund an
order rather than complete it.

Prices and GST

Prices on the product page are shown excluding GST and are labelled as such.
GST at 9% is added and itemised in your basket and at checkout, so the total you agree to at
checkout is the total you pay. Our GST registration number is 202615519N.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order
— for example if the wine is no longer available, if we cannot deliver to your address, or
if we cannot confirm your age. Stock is limited and shown on the product page.

Collection and delivery

• Collection is free, from 3B River Valley Rd, #01-09, Singapore 179021. Please bring your
  order confirmation and identification. Collect during our opening hours:
  Lunch — 12pm–2.30pm (last order 2pm); Dinner — 5.30pm–11pm (last order 9.30pm). Current hours are always on our
  Contact page.
• Delivery is $25.00 and is available within Singapore only. We do not ship
  outside Singapore. We aim to deliver within one week of your order being
  confirmed, and we will contact you to arrange a time.
• Somebody aged 18 or older must be present to receive a delivery. If nobody is, we may return
  the order and charge the delivery again for a second attempt.
• Please check your order before you accept it — see our
  Refund and Returns Policy.

Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Where you pay by bank transfer or PayNow,
your order is confirmed only once payment reaches us, and we will hold it for a reasonable period
before releasing the stock. Where you pay on collection, payment is due when you collect.

terms.

If something goes wrong

Tell us as soon as you can, by telephone on 8989 0109 or in writing.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair
Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive
jurisdiction.
