A Chef Led Concept, Built by A New Generation

Led by Head Chef Kenny Chung alongside Sous Chefs Aiken Low and Gerome Ang, the team behind Liora brings together over 30 years of combined experience across Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality, and award-winning kitchens.

Their collective achievements include championship titles at the Singapore DEYTT Competition, the HOFEX Black Box Challenge, and YCYW, as well as representing Singapore at an international culinary competition in Monaco and guest chef collaborations across Japan, Macau, and Australia. Together, they combine technical precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for Korean flavours to create a dining experience that is memorable, and distinctly Liora.
