Privacy Policy
This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it,
and what we do with it. It is written to meet Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act
(PDPA).
Who we are. LIORA Dining is operated by CORINTHIANS ASIA GENESIS PTE. LTD.

What we collect, and when
- When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number, and a
delivery address if you choose delivery rather than collection. We do not store card details,
because we do not take card payments on this site. - When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, telephone number and
your message. - When you make a reservation: bookings are handled by our reservation partner
on their own platform, under their privacy policy, not this one. - Automatically: our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP
addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only what this website needs in order to work. We do not use Google
Analytics, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of you or sell
anything about you to anyone.
- A cookie that remembers you have confirmed you are 18 or older, so you are not asked on every
page. It lasts 30 days. - Cookies that remember what is in your basket while you shop, and that keep you signed in
through the checkout. These are set only once you enter the shop, and they are deleted when your
session ends or your order is placed. - Google reCAPTCHA, on the two pages that have an enquiry form — Contact
and The Space. It looks at how the page is used in order to tell a person from an automated
script, so that our form cannot be used to send us spam. Google receives that information and
sets its own cookie, subject to
Google’s
privacy policy. We cannot switch it off for you, because without it we could not offer the
form at all. It does not run on any other page of this site.
Browsing Our Story and Menu sets no cookies at all. Contact and The Space load reCAPTCHA, as
described above, and say so underneath the form.
Why we collect it
To take, fulfil and account for your order; to reach you if there is a problem with it; to
reply to your enquiry; and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your details
for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.
Who else sees it
Only those who need to in order to deliver what you ordered: our payment provider, our delivery
provider where you have chosen delivery, our web host, and our email provider. We do not sell your
personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
| Order and transaction records | 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to. This is not a choice — Singapore tax and company law require business records to be kept for five years. |
| Enquiry messages | 12 months after we have dealt with them. |
| Server and security logs | 90 days. |
| Marketing consent records | While your consent is active, and for 2 years after you withdraw it, so we can show when and how consent was given. |
After those periods we delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and
withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer complete an
order that is already in progress. We will respond to a request within 30 days.
Our Data Protection Officer
The PDPA requires every organisation to appoint at least one person responsible for its
personal data, and to publish how to reach them. Write to our Data Protection Officer at:
